Standard Shipping Policies

    • AAS Pharmacy offers domestic shipping for US-based clients.
    • AAS Pharmacy also has an international warehouse for shipping to international clients (Typically 7 to 15 days turnover)
    • When the order is submitted and we recognize it, the status will be changed to awaiting payment.
    • After payment is submitted, the status will be changed to Processing. (You may check the status under Tracking)
    • When the shipment is shipped according to the USPS tracking it will be moved to complete.  If a shipment is marked completed and yet you have not received your shipment, please contact us at as soon as possible.
    • Most orders ship within 24 hours after payment is received (weekends excluded).  If payment is made over the weekend, shipping will resume on the next business day. Shipment usually arrives in 3 to 10 business days within the United States and 7 to 15 business days worldwide. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout.
    • All payments received before 7 pm Eastern Time will have their order shipped out the next day.  All payments received after 7 pm Eastern Time will have their order shipped out the day after tomorrow.
    • There is no minimum order for orals & injectables and mixed orders. Shipping rates are excluded if the order exceeds 300 dollars. Official daily exchange rates should be considered for all other accepted currencies.
    • Please note, that some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.  And if that does happen, we will inform you via email.
    • You may check the status and tracking number with our order tracking tool.
    • We will send out a tracking number by email once the payment is fulfilled.  You can then check your tracking number on

Order Tracking

  • The order tracking tool is on the menu and you can use that to track your order.  All you need is your order number and your billing email address.
  • The order tracking will update within 24 hours after you’ve made a payment from pending payment to processing.
  • Once it is in processing, that means the item is already being shipped and the tracking number will be provided to you within the tracking tool
  • Once the shipment shows that it has arrived according to the tracking number, the order will be moved to completed.  If you did not receive your item and yet the shipment status is shown as completed please email us as soon as possible at

Return and Refund Policy

  • We track your shipment to ensure it arrives at your doorstep. We will give you a 100% refund if your shipment does not arrive within 30 days. 
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, we will refund you 100% of its price. Simply take a picture of the damaged item with a paper stating the date the picture was taken next to it.
  • We will NOT issue a refund if you decide to change your mind once you’ve made the purchase.
  • We will NOT provide any refunds if it seems the product has been used or tampered with before taking a picture of the damaged item.
  • Within five days of claiming the shipment and no damages reported, it shall no longer be refundable.
  • Should you want us to reship a shipment instead of handing you a refund, that may be requested and we shall cover its shipping costs.
  • If you ordered multiple items and only one or a few of the items arrived damaged, we shall offer a refund for the damaged items. Its shipping fee, however, will not be reimbursed.
  • If only part of your shipment arrived and the others did not, the items which did not arrive will be refunded, except for the shipping fee. 
  • If your complete order was damaged or did not arrive, we will offer you a refund for both the damaged items and the shipping fee.
  • For Western Union refunds, please email us your name and location. Once we’ve made the refund, we will email you back with an MCTN number. (We will take care of the fees and shipping cost)
  • For bitcoin refunds, the dollar amount in bitcoin will be sent back to your bitcoin wallet. Just provide us with your wallet address.
  • Please email with the title “Refund” and your order number for any refund/replacement requests.

Account Services

  • It is at your discretion whether or not you want to create an account when purchasing. But, we would greatly encourage creating an account as a first-time purchaser.  All your information is protected and encrypted at an overseas server so the threat of a security leak is never a problem, and no one will ever know you purchase from the site other than the site administrator. Here are the reasons why creating an account may be beneficial to you.
      • You don’t have to re-enter your information every time you purchase
      • We provide a free consultation to account holders
      • We send gifts out to our members on random occasions.
