How do I place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you will be asked to log in to your account or create a new account if you are a new customer. Make sure to double check that the billing and shipping information is correct to ensure that you receive all the necessary information and that your order is delivered without any complications. Then proceed to the payment info to select your preferred payment method.

What is the minimum order policy?

There is no minimum order amount as we want small or large customers to enjoy the same services.

How do I know if the order I placed had been successful?

A confirmation will be sent to your email after your order is placed. If no email has been received, please be sure to check your spam folder.

 

How long will the process take from placing an order to receiving the package?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. If payment is made over the weekend, your order will be shipped next business day. US orders can expect delivery within 2-7 business days. International orders can expect delivery within 7-15 business days.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked using the tracking tool under the support tab. You will need to enter your order number and the email used for billing. You may find four statuses to classify orders:

  • Order received meaning that the order is placed
  • Payment pending meaning that we are awaiting your payment
  • Processing meaning the payment is received and the item is being prepared for shipping
  • Complete meaning the item has arrived.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.

I only received part of my order, what do I do?

Occasionally, orders are split into multiple shipments due to the size of the order or availability of inventory. Tracking will be provided for both shipments.

How do I change my order?

After you have paid for the order, it is no longer possible to add additional items or change an item. You can always place a new order, but then you pay shipping costs for the new order as well. Orders that are pending payment can be canceled directly from the Orders tab.
